Nutrition


At Garderie Montreal Ouest we strive to provide the absolute best in Nutrition. In the past year we have invested in a brand new “Home made” approach.  A 3 part nutritious meal is served everyday for lunch.  We begin with vegetable soup, followed by a nutritious meal and completed with fresh cut up vegetables. Wholesome snacks are served every morning and afternoon.  They include fresh fruit, milk, whole grains,  and much more!

We also offer the right amount of water to quench the thirst and replenish body fluids of your child. In order to help the children get the nutrients they need to grow and thrive, we make certain to serve the right type and amount of food recommended by the Canada’s food guide.

SECURITY AND HEALTH: The security and well-being of the children is our number one priority! Our staff is CPR certified and trained to deal with any health issues ranging from mild fevers to severe allergy reactions. We strive to make sure that your children are well taken care of as TRUST is what we want our parents to feel.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: In addition to security, health, and our curriculum, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY is an important aspect in which we believe children require in order to promote gross motor skills. We implement outdoor play everyday, as well as offer Yoga and Zumba classes once week. We also have an indoor gym that children can also enjoy if weather does not permit.
